Case study · Trade show rigging
IAA Mobility, Munich
Brand worlds under the hall ceiling: at IAA Mobility in Munich, lighting, video and scenery hang above the booths of the biggest mobility brands, planned and hung by our crew.

The brief
Trade show rigging is precision work in the rhythm of exhibition logistics: at IAA Mobility, complete brand worlds are built in just a few days, with lighting ceilings, LED walls and truss structures that have to match the booth architecture exactly. Every hall has its own rigging grid, load limits and approval processes, and the build runs parallel to dozens of other trades.
What that demands from us: planning agreed with the venue and the booth builders before the first day of the build, and a crew that performs reliably in the load-in as well as the load-out.
The execution
SilverBones planned the rigging points, calculated the loads and executed the work with its own crew: trusses, chain hoists and rigging gear from certified stock, installed within the windows of the exhibition schedule and documented for approval. During load-out, one thing counts above all: speed, without letting the care slip.
The result
Booths that stood ready on opening day and a de-rig that stayed on schedule. Trade show rigging the way it should be: invisible to visitors, dependable for the production.
